Pesach and Posture: Realigning from Leaning at the Seder

Join Joey Zimet, EdM, MS for the third annual Postural Therapy Movement Class on Passover. It’s a fun, interactive one-hour program where you’ll leave with the tools - postural stretches and exercises - to stand to sit up straighter, walk with efficiency and balance, and breathe more naturally and optimally.
