Coronavirus Health Guidelines
We are relieved that the recent omicron surge has receded significantly in our area. In light of that, New York State has updated its masking policies.
Here are the new guidelines for KJ as of February 10, 2022:
-Vaccines are required for entry to KJ for individuals 12 and over. KJ Members eligible for the vaccine (age 12 and over) will only be permitted into the building if they are fully vaccinated. Members may register as fully vaccinated at this link (if you have already registered, you need not take any further action). Non-members and all guests must present Vaccine Card and Photo ID to the guard at the entrance.
-Vaccinated individuals are not required to wear masks at services.
-Children who are not vaccinated are still required to wear masks.
-Anyone who is at high risk, as well as anyone who feels more comfortable doing so, is strongly encouraged to mask.
The KJ Medical Task Force will continue to monitor the situation and recommend updates to our policies as the situation evolves. We thank them for their thoughtfulness, diligence, and care for our community.
If you have any questions, please contact the KJ office.
