Crash Course in Hebrew Reading with Sara Rosen

This popular series of classes enables those with no previous background in Hebrew to learn to read Hebrew in just a few sessions. The ability to read Hebrew is an essential foundation upon which our love for Judaism is built.

6:30-8:00 pm

This course will be offered on the following dates:

                       Cycle I: August 27-September 24

                       Cycle II: November 5, 12, 19; December 3, 10, 17

                       Cycle III: February 4, 11, 18, 25; March 4, 11, 18, 25

 Explorations in Hebrew Reading with Shilo Kramer

Designed for those with some ability to read Hebrew, students practice reading skills using the Siddur and other Jewish texts.  Special emphasis on becoming fluent in the daily prayers as well as the traditional tunes of Jewish liturgy while expanding comprehension of spoken and writeen Hebrew.
